Comfort and Exclusive give a live map. It works when the signal is good. Essential gives you simpler updates. If the signal drops, we tell you.

Is the car warm or cool at stops?

Yes. The car stays warm or cool. It works while we charge and at short stops. With Comfort and Exclusive, we keep you posted.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are a licensed pet carrier. Every trip is insured. We can show you the papers first.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use petransport.eu or contact us about pet transport. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO).

1. Who is responsible for your data (Controller)

2. What data we collect

Quote & contact details you provide in our form or by message: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, pickup and delivery locations, preferred dates and flexibility, your priorities and any notes.
Pet details needed to plan the journey: animal type, breed, age, weight, sex, neutering, number of animals, and any medical or behavioural information you choose to share.
Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or the form.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie/identifier data (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

To prepare your quote and provide the transport service — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To reply to you and communicate about your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
To send you marketing (offers, route deals and pet-travel tips) by email or WhatsApp — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Analytics and advertising (e.g. the Meta Pixel) — only with your consent given through our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Accounting, tax and defending legal claims — to comply with legal obligations and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, including:

HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel), USA — our CRM, messaging and email automation.
Meta Platforms (Facebook/WhatsApp), Ireland/USA — WhatsApp messaging and, only with your consent, the Meta Pixel.
ClickTrans — to display our verified customer reviews (loaded only with your consent).
Vercel Inc., USA — website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose data to authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above are located outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA). Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep your data

Enquiry / quote data: for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 24 months), unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Customer and transaction data: for the duration of the service and for the periods required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 5 years).
Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent or object.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify it; erase it; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and to withdraw any consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise these rights, email hello@petransport.eu.
