Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the pet-transport service booked through petransport.eu. Please read them before you book. By confirming a booking and paying (or paying a deposit), you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Eco Glow sp. z o.o., ul. Grunwaldzka 35, 36-040 Boguchwała, Poland (KRS 0000903115, NIP 8133861219, REGON 389024520), trading as petransport.eu (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a licensed animal-transport operator (authorisation no. 330.2604.2025). You can reach us at hello@petransport.eu or on WhatsApp at +48 570 566 292.
2. The service
We provide door-to-door road transport of pets (live animals) across Europe in climate-controlled vehicles, with care during the journey and updates for the owner. The exact scope depends on the plan you choose (Essential, Comfort or Exclusive) and on the details agreed for your trip. We are a transport service only. We do not sell, breed, re-home or provide veterinary treatment for animals.
What is and is not included, the route, and the care provided are described on our website and confirmed in writing for your specific booking. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.
3. Quote and booking
- You request a quote through our form or by message. A quote is an estimate and is not a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only when we have agreed the trip details in writing and you have paid the amount shown on your booking (a deposit or the full price, depending on the plan).
- Prices are quoted per trip and depend on the route, dates, your pet and the plan. Website prices marked “from” are starting prices, not the final price.
4. Prices, payment and currency
- Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Any additional charges (for example optional extras you request) are shown before you pay.
- You can pay in EUR, GBP or CHF. The exact amount and currency of each charge are shown to you before payment.
- Depending on the plan, we may take a deposit to reserve your date and plan the route, with the balance due before or on completion of the trip. The split is shown on your booking.
- Card payments are processed securely by Revolut (Revolut Bank UAB and its affiliates) on our behalf. We do not see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement under our merchant name.
- We issue a receipt or invoice for every payment.
5. When and how we perform the trip
- We agree a pickup date or date window with you. Because trips are shared and weather, traffic, border checks and animal welfare can affect timing, dates and times are our best estimate, not a guaranteed hour. We keep you updated and tell you promptly if anything changes.
- If we cannot perform the trip on the agreed date, we will offer a new date or a refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Your responsibilities as the owner
To travel legally and safely, your pet must be ready and eligible. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about your pet (species, breed, age, weight, health and behaviour).
- Making sure your pet is fit to travel and has the required documents for every country on the route — for example microchip, valid pet passport or health certificate, and up-to-date vaccinations (including rabies where required).
- Telling us in advance about any medical condition, medication or special need.
We may refuse or stop a trip if a pet is not fit to travel, is a prohibited species, or does not have the legally required documents, or if transport would be unsafe or unlawful. Costs already incurred may not be refundable in that case.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
You can change or cancel a booking as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy also explains your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the limited cases where it does not apply to date-specific transport.
8. Our liability
- We take great care of every pet. We are liable for loss or damage that we cause by failing to use reasonable care and skill, up to the limits allowed by law.
- We are not liable for delays or problems outside our reasonable control (for example weather, border or customs decisions, road closures, or a pet’s pre-existing illness), or for losses caused by incorrect or missing information or documents you provided.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something is not right, contact us first at hello@petransport.eu — we aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve it, as a consumer in the EU you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please always contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can help.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU law. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when you book. The current version and its date are always shown on this page.
